Forgive Us Our “Treaspasses”

Maybe that's how they spelled it back in the day.

To misspell “trespass” is a trespass in itself. Perhaps I was trespassing when I took this photo!

This is an old, hand-painted sign on an even older building. One wonders if, in the 1800s, trespass had an extra “a” which was dropped over time. Alas, it is not so. Well, at least the artist had nice penmanship. You are forgiven!
